Events / Challenges

Blunsdon House Leisure Club is proud to present a feast of events throughout the year.

There is a monthly challenge for all our members. These are resistance and cardiovascular challenges. Take part in the rowing challenge and aim for the fastest time or participate in the around the world challenge. You can win a prize ranging from guest passes to meal vouchers and whatever happens it will be a fun event.

Easter in the Leisure club is a fun day for the younger children. Why not come and find the Easter bunny vouchers from all over the hotel. Every one who participates will receive a chocolate Easter egg and if you find the star voucher you receive the chocolate surprise.

The Open Day is an annual event with lots of activities from Bouncy castle, magic show, karate session, armwrestling, face painting and BBQ and still much more. On this day we invite members and friends to try the club for free and any guest who joins we waiver any joining fee. Usually this takes place around July and August.

The Golf Annual is a great day for all golfers who can challenge for the Blunsdon trophy. The competition is on our 9 hole course however on this day it is over 18 holes. Usually this takes place around July and August.

The Halloween party for children is a fun party night, with a buffet available. Games and stories are told with prizes for the best fancy dress.

The hotel proudly host a wonderful fireworks display for our members. There is an entrance fee with the proceeds going to charity and there is a chance to purchase food either hot food from Carries bar or BBQ food weather permitting.

The hotels all tribute evenings include the act followed by a disco until 1.00am. The cost includes a 4 course candle lit dinner. This is a fun packed evening and you can sing along to tributes such as Freddie Mercury, Michael Jackson, Take That, Robbie Williams and much more. Click here to see what is coming next
